Hey everyone! I’m Amanda, born in central Maine and now live near Bangor. I attended the festival last year and had so much fun that I can’t wait to be more involved this year!

I’ve been a bookstagrammer and social media book reviewer for 6 years now. I’m a lifelong reader and I will read absolutely EVERYTHING but my favorites are literary fiction, memoirs, and true crime. 

When I’m not reading (which is hard not to - audiobooks fill in all gaps when I can’t read physically) I’m hanging with my kids and carting them to sports events all year long. During the school year I’m a substitute teacher! I’m obsessed with reality tv, a major foodie, and any and everything true crime. Can’t wait to meet you all and chat books all day long!

I’m a lover of all things romance and romantasy, an obsessive dog mom, I prefer paperbacks over hardbacks, the kind of reader who will happily stay up way too late with a good book, and a huge fan of indie authors—truly their biggest cheerleader! I am Em, and run a book focused Instagram account, embbooks_. I live in Southern Maine and love exploring our beautiful state and checking out local bookstores.

I have been reviewing books for a couple of years and love to focus on books I enjoy. I especially love romance and fantasy but am normally up for trying anything recommended to me. I especially love sharing indie, queer, and local author! 

When I’m not reading I am often walking (and listening to an audiobook), going to book club, at Portland Yoga Project, finding new crafts (book rebinds are fun), or checking out new places with my friends.

I’m primarily a romance reader, but I love to bounce between genres (everything except horror since I’m a total scaredy cat). My favorite tropes are found family and forced proximity. I’m so excited to discover new books to pile onto my never-ending TBR at this event.

- I’m completely hooked on Love Island USA and always open to recommendations if you have a new show I should binge.
- I love to travel and just returned from a road trip exploring parts of Canada.

Hey! I’m Kim, the bookish voice behind @theintrovertedbookmark. By day I’m a public librarian, and the rest of the time you’ll find me chatting about my latest reads, agonizing over my ever-growing TBR, and swooning over my newest book boyfriend. Born and raised in Maine, I’ve been running my Bookstagram for over five years and love connecting with fellow readers.

I read a little bit of everything (except horror—eek!), but I have a serious soft spot for contemporary romance, especially when fake dating is involved. I also can’t resist a twisty psychological thriller or an immersive fantasy.

When I’m not curled up with a book, you can usually find me playing cozy video games, wandering the aisles of Target, or dissecting Taylor Swift lyrics like it’s my full-time job.
